CAN YOU PRINT MULTIPLE COLORS OR SIDES?
Yes! We can print up to four colors on most garments. Because our process is done completely by hand we are able to customize garments in many ways!
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay and pretty much any other form of payment you can come up with! Most invoices are delivered thru PayPal.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Orders do not get printed until our customer has approved proofs of every side of every garment they're having printed. That being said, if you're unhappy with anything you've received we're happy to replace or credit you for any garments within a week of delivery.
DO YOU SHIP?
Yes! We will send garments anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. Additional shipping options available thru special request. Shipping prices may vary by location, order quantity and number of packages.
GARMENT SURRENDER POLICY
ALL ITEMS MUST BE NEW - We will not print or embroider previously worn or otherwise soiled garments.

Crystal Ball is not responsible for replacement/reimbursement should customer supplied items become damaged in the printing or embroidery process.
Your product(s) is/are your responsibility. Customer supplied garments cannot be guaranteed in any way. In the event of an error or damage to the item, we will not be able to replace the item nor issue a refund for any materials used or time spent on the project.

By placing your order you understand Crystal Ball is not responsible for any uncontrollable manufacturing mishaps, such as machinery malfunctions, unexpected performance of customer supplied items, etc. Crystal Ball is not liable for replacement of / reimbursement for supplied items damaged in the screenprinting or embroidery process.
